Fred Dorsey

A Vietnam War era veteran, Fred served in the United States Navy on active duty from 1967 until 1973 as a gunfire control technician, reaching the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class.  After separating from the Navy, Fred became a printing press operator.  Fred is active in many vetarans service organizations, including the 40/8 where he serves as Drapeau Locale of Voiture 1638 and also as Grand Garde de la Porte du North Carolina.

Fred was awarded Legionnaire of the Year at Post 235 for 2019.
